The Shift Kaftan envelops the body in generous layers of fabric, creating a fluid sculptural form that changes with movement. Deep gathered fold travel across the body, drawing the fabric inward before allowing it to expand again through the shoulders and sides. Designed to move between structure and drape, it shifts continuously as it is worn, revealing different volumes, folds and silhouettes from every angle.
