PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING RETURNS:

We offer free delivery in South Africa to all main areas (this excludes outskirt areas which the courier doesn’t deliver to).
All returns delivery fees will be payable by the customer. We do not offer free returns. Alternatively return items can be dropped off at our studio in Johannesburg on Weekdays between 9am – 5pm.
Processing returns can take up to 7 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been logged.
Unwanted products must be returned in the exact condition with original packaging and labels attached within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange. If the returned product is damaged or not resell-able we are entitled to refuse the return.
Defective products must be returned in the exact condition with original packaging and labels attached within 14 days of purchase.
Any promotional gifts received with purchases are to be returned together with the purchased item that is returned.
All products must be properly packaged with the courier package and printed waybill attached.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
All international sales (out of South Africa) are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
Products that have been made personally for you and according to you and according to your specifications (colour, sizes etc.) may not be returned unless they are defective.
