Shipping & Returns

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING SHIPPING & RETURNS:

LOCAL (South Africa)

We offer free delivery in South Africa to all main areas (this excludes outskirt areas which the courier doesn’t deliver to).
•Delivery may take 7-10 business days depending on the item purchased.
All returns/exchanges delivery fees will be payable by the customer. We do not offer free returns/exchanges. Alternatively, return items can be dropped off at our studio in Johannesburg on Weekdays between 9am – 5pm.
Processing returns can take up to 7 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been logged.
Unwanted products must be returned in the exact condition with original packaging and labels attached within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange. If the returned product is damaged or not resell-able we are entitled to refuse the return.
Defective products must be returned in the exact condition with original packaging and labels attached within 14 days of purchase.
Any promotional gifts received with purchases are to be returned together with the purchased item that is returned.
All products must be properly packaged with the courier package and printed waybill attached.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Products that have been made personally for you and according to your specifications (colour, sizes etc.) may not be returned unless they are defective.

INTERNATIONAL (out of South Africa)

•Delivery may take 10-14 business days depending on the item purchased.
•A delivery fee is payable by the customer based on the location they are purchasing from. The delivery fee is not included in the product fee.

•All customs, duties, tax and clearance charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer/ recipient. Connade will not be responsible for any additional fees incurred for shipping.
•If you wish to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for all the fees incurred and must comply with the laws and regulations of which the package is destined.
